“My initial experience on the Paris tuk-tuk tour was not positive, HOWEVER, I am updating my review to a good one because of the exceptional customer service. When I reached out, the management team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They apologized sincerely and processed a 100% full refund right away. Mistakes happen, but the way this company takes accountability and resolves issues shows true commitment to quality. I would definitely book with them again just based on their integrity and helpfulness.”

“This was a great experience for a couple. Our guide (driver) Joao was terrific and knew the best spots for pictures while sharing a bit of history of the places we stopped. It was a comfortable ride and utilizing bike lanes, we were able to access places that vehicles were not. Very flexible with schedule as well. If we wanted to stop for a few extra minutes at the Trocadero of Notre Dame, that was no problem. I cannot recommend this more highly! Please book this experience without hesitation. Also pickup and drop off right at out hotel was perfect!”

“Jules gave us an absolutely amazing private golf cart tour of Paris! The experience was unforgettable — cruising through the city in comfort while seeing so many iconic landmarks made it truly special. Jules was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour feel personal and fun. The little details, like providing blankets to keep us warm, showed how thoughtful and attentive he was, which made a big difference. It was the perfect way to explore Paris, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend booking a tour with Jules — it was a highlight of our trip! 🇫🇷✨”
