“I messaged the tour operator a few weeks ahead of time to confirm our 9:15 tour time and explained I had another tour right after. The day of the tour we were ready at 9:15, only they weren't there. We messaged after 10 minutes and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. They eventually showed up at 10... 45 minutes late. It was too late for two of us to go.
