He said if you cannot push the tour forward 2 hours you can cancel - we didn't want to cancel but the heat was 103 degrees the later the day went on - the tour was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours but was really only an hour - the guide was boring and took us to not such great places. “I messaged the tour operator a few weeks ahead of time to confirm our 9:15 tour time and explained I had another tour right after. The day of the tour we were ready at 9:15, only they weren't there. We messaged after 10 minutes and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. They eventually showed up at 10... 45 minutes late. It was too late for two of us to go. The driver was very rude and unapologetic. He offered for my husband to go with a different driver in a smaller tuk tuk which he declined. We chose to just get a refund, but my husband still wanted…”
